President Rodrigo Duterte fires back and slams Chelsea Clinton over her ‘rape’ comments on Twitter.

Apparently, President Duterte delivered a ‘sarcastic’ speech as he describes it to warn soldiers that if they rape three women under the Martial Law, he will be the one responsible for them.

However and as always, people who heard the word rape instantly reacted on social media but forget to dissect the speech properly. One of them is Chelsea Clinton, former first daughter of the United States.

She reacted with this…

She then called the Philippine president a murderous thug.

But President Duterte fires back on Clinton’s criticisms during his speech at the 119th founding anniversary of the Philippine Navy in Davao City.

He even clarified that his statement is not a joke but a ‘sarcasm’ and that he’s a man of sarcasm.

President Duterte said, “I’m not joking, I was being sarcastic. I do not laugh at my own joke”.

The president pointed out that he is reminding his soldiers not to abuse their power during Martial Law and he told them about his responsibilities when his men committed human rights violations.

He said, “May sinabi ba akong mang rape kayo? Ako ang magsagot sa inyo..Because as Commander-in-Chief, I hold responsible for everything and anything that is done as a consequence of Martial Law”.

“I and I alone will be responsible” He added.

Duterte fires back at Chelsea Clinton and asked her if she slammed her father when he allegedly committed abuses against women.

“Sabihin ko sa kanya [Chelsea Clinton], when your father, the President of the United States [Bill Clinton] then..was sc***ng Lewinsky and the girl there in White House. How did you feel? Did you slam your father? ” said the President.

He also warned Chelsea Clinton because they ‘live in a glasshouse’

Duterte repeated the question again to Chelsea and asked: “When President Clinton was f***ing Lewinsky, what was your statement or reaction?”

Chelsea’s father, former US President Bill Clinton was bombarded with s3x scandals when Monica Lewinsky a former White House intern admitted that she had nine s3xual encounters with him between 1995 and 1997.

The controversy became a reason to impeach Bill Clinton that almost brought down his Regime. The former US President vehemently denied the allegations.

Meanwhile, Chelsea Clinton is not yet releasing an official statement on President Rodrigo Duterte’s criticisms against her.
